*** Personal Time – Lead the Next Generation Time **

As I tell financial professionals all the time – you need to take time to recharge and develop on personal level if you are to maximize your client engagement and do your best work. I will be doing that for myself during this time period. How? By taking a group of high-school students to Europe to help them experience their first international travel (for many), and to develop a taste for different languages and cultures as we visit Switzerland & Italy. If you do reach out to me – I will get back to you – but it’s unlikely to be during this time period. Make sure you spend some time developing others!
